NCA is aware of the pressures on its members brought about by the National Care Standards. We have put together some deals on publications to try to ease the administrative burden on your businesses.
NCA have launched the new Health & Safety Manual which has been produced by NCA to assist proprietors, managers and those responsible for health and safety management and implementation of health, hygiene and safety within care homes.
Also recently to be completed is the Self Assessment Audit Tool Publication which is a useful tool for self assessment and providing a quality audit trail.
The Working Safely in a Caring Environment Handbooks are a must for every employee and contain vital information in order to assist the employee working in the care sector.
